At Tebbys (accessible via https://tebbys.com), these terms are the agreement between you and us whenever you use this website or buy something through it. Every operational number in them matches the number on the policy page it belongs to.

Most of what follows is unremarkable: who can order, how a sale is formed, who owns the words and photographs, and which state’s law applies if something ever goes badly wrong. The sections about shipping, returns, and payment point to the dedicated pages instead of repeating them, so there is only ever one version of each figure.

3. Eligibility

To order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, and you must give a shipping address within the United States. Placing an order confirms that both are true.

4. Products

We sell ready-made stocked inventory. Pieces are listed with flat measurements, fiber content, and a description of the knit itself. Photographs are taken in daylight, and screens still vary, so a shade can look slightly different on your device than it does in a room. That variation is a normal part of buying knitwear online and it is covered by the return terms.

Availability is not guaranteed until an order is dispatched. If a piece sells out between your order and our handling, we email you and refund in full.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in US Dollars and can change at any time, though a change never affects an order already placed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund them in full rather than hold you to a figure nobody intended. You will hear from us by email if that ever happens.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. Until then we may decline an order, for example where a piece is unavailable, where a payment cannot be verified, or where an address cannot be served.

7. Payment and Billing

Payment is taken in full at checkout through the PayPal gateway, which handles PayPal balances, debit cards, and credit cards. A PayPal account is not required to pay by card. Card details are never stored by us, and the accepted methods are listed on our Payment Methods page.

By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the method chosen. Charges are one-time and there is no subscription or recurring billing anywhere on this site. A declined payment creates no order and charges nothing.

If you dispute a charge with your bank, we will cooperate with the investigation and supply order, dispatch, and delivery records. Emailing us first is almost always faster, since most disputes turn out to be a delivery question we can answer the same day.

Rates, cutoff, handling, transit, carriers, and everything else about delivery are set out on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Return and refund terms are on our Return & Refund Policy page. Changing or canceling before dispatch is covered on our Cancel & Change Order Policy page. Both form part of these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use this website to browse and to buy. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, scrape it at scale, place orders fraudulently or on someone else’s payment method, or use it in breach of any applicable law. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe one of those is happening.

11. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, layout, and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without written consent. Notices about claimed infringement, and the counter-notice route, are handled under our DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy page.

12. Third-Party Links

Some pages link to sites we do not operate, such as a payment provider or a carrier tracking page. We do not control their content or their privacy practices, and their terms apply once you leave this site.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that applies to the goods themselves under consumer law, and nothing in it displaces the return terms set out on our Return & Refund Policy page.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tolland County, Connecticut.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. The version in force is the one dated at the top of this page, and an order is governed by the version that applied when it was placed.
