DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
At Tebbys (accessible via https://tebbys.com), this page sets out who owns the material on this website, what you may do with it, and how to tell us if you believe something here infringes your rights.
Product photographs and written descriptions get copied around the internet constantly, in both directions. We take our own material seriously and we take a claim against us just as seriously, so the process below is short and it is followed properly rather than ignored until somebody escalates.
By using this website you agree to the terms below. If you are unsure whether something you want to do is permitted, email [email protected] and ask before you do it.
Intellectual Property at a Glance
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Who owns the site content | Tebbys, or licensors who permitted its use. |
| Personal use | Viewing, printing, and sharing a link are all fine. |
| Commercial reuse | Not without written permission. |
| Reporting infringement | Email a notice with the six items listed below. |
| Response | Reviewed and acted on promptly. |
| Counter-notice | Available if your material was removed in error. |
Ownership of Site Content
The text, photographs, layout, and design on this website are owned by us or used with the permission of their owner. The store name and logo are our marks. Nothing on the site transfers ownership of any of it to a visitor.
What You May Do
You may view the site, print a page for your own reference, and share a link to any page. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link back is fine. What is not permitted without written consent is republishing our photographs or descriptions, using them in a listing elsewhere, or reproducing the site for commercial purposes.
Respect for Third-Party Rights
We do not use third-party trademarks in our listings, our navigation, or our search terms to attract traffic. If you find a brand name used on this site in a way that suggests an affiliation we do not have, tell us and we will correct it.
Sending a DMCA Notice
If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, email [email protected] with a notice containing all six of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, such as the page address.
- Your contact details: name, mailing address, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
What Happens Next
We acknowledge the notice, review it, and where it is properly made we remove or disable access to the material and notify whoever supplied it. If a notice is missing one of the six items we will say which one rather than leaving it unanswered.
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located, or where our address is located if yours is outside the United States.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who sent the original notice.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts and contributors who repeatedly infringe the rights of others have their access terminated. That is a policy, not a threat, and it is applied consistently.
Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please be sure before you send either kind of notice.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one dated at the top of the page.
Intellectual Property Questions
Notices, counter-notices, and permission requests all arrive at the same address.
